The warehouse layout consists of activities related to the work environment. Although most of these buildings once occupied industrial businesses, there is a transformation taking place.
The main architectural concept focuses on providing space for houseless individuals to live within the community. The layout also offers a library, greenhouse, social sitting areas, bath house, and the exterior focuses on the revitalization and development of the sidewalk and street. The services of these industrial spaces include: manufacturing, shifting products, receiving products, work break areas, corporate offices, restrooms, and circulation.
